As part of its charitable activities every year, YSS Dwarahat Ashram provides two sets of uniforms to the students of Yogoda Satsanga Balakrishnalaya, a charitable school run by YSS in its Dwarahat ashram for local students. This year, Swami Vasudevananda distributed two sets of school uniforms to these children on the sacred occasion of Mahavatar Babaji Smriti Divas. 

The ashram also provides pairs of shoes and socks, sweaters, woollen caps, and textbooks as well as other essential items to the schoolchildren from time to time. The primary school provides free education to girls and boys of Dwarahat. More than 80 students are presently enrolled in classes LKG to class 5 of this school.
