Long Meditations at YSS Dwarahat Ashram - 2023

The more sweetening you put in water, the sweeter it becomes. Likewise, the longer you meditate intensely, the greater will be your spiritual advancement.

— Sri Sri Paramahansa Yogananda.

The programmes will comprise of prayer, reading, chanting, and meditation. There will be a break of half-an-hour in between.
