On the joyous occasion of Diwali, special group meditation, satsanga, and a programme for children were held at Yogoda Satsanga Sakha Ashram – Dwarahat.

The children from Yogoda Satsanga Balakrishnalaya decorated the altar with flowers and with lamps which had been hand-painted by them earlier. They participated in Cosmic Chants and Kirtan with great enthusiasm. Swami Lalitananda gave a Satsanga on the spiritual significance of the festival and the legends associated with it. Later, devotees participated in lighting of lamps. The whole event was surcharged with divine light which was very uplifting.
